Time moves but not much changes

Almost a year since I posted anything and just over a year ago I was struggling with the same thing I am now – what to do with my mountains of scrapbooking supplies.

That and planning a wedding, but that’s a whole other ball of wax.

Since spending a semester at Disney, I feel like my outlook has changed. I feel like I have too much stuff and it pains me too look at all of it, and imagine the money I have invested. Honestly, there is too damn much, the majority of which falls into the “I’ll never use it” category.

I don’t mind getting rid of stuff, heck I’m on that sort of kick. However, knowing the money I have invested, it’s hard to just toss it out in the trash. This, I know and understand, is totally a hoarder mentality.  At the same time though, my scrapbook (and other crafting stuff) is very hoarder-like.

Selling on e-bay really isn’t going to work, looking at what things sell for, so I don’t know what else to do with it all. I would really like to get at least a little back of what I paid, even though I realize that recouping all of it will never happen. Anyone have tips? Ideas?
